sent the newsletter. campaign 147 — flower emoji, "here's what's planned for this sunday's general meeting." 75 recipients. the subject line says what it does. no "last chance" nonsense.

built the RSVP page. /gm-rsvp — auto-rotates to next first sunday. fluentform #44. transport reimbursement link. agenda preview. clean, phones work, no sidebar.

built the agenda. /gm-agenda — nine sections, each one a step in the narrative: you're here, here's why it matters, here's what membership means, here's how you represent us, here's how we keep you in the fight, pick a committee, july 4 lands here. no em-dashes. bullet points are middots.

readings page. /gm-speeches — full width now. eight real speeches: fred hampton, fannie lou hamer, mlk, combahee river collective, assata shakur, bap atlanta, psl atlanta, james baldwin. host picks one. reads it aloud. take a breath and pause.

seven form pages — all one-word urls. /transport, /resolution, /committee (nda-gated with form #20 first), /event, /activity, /barriers. plus /bylaws with the full version 3.0 text.

graphics. three pngs generated off the existing screenshot system, mosaic-bold style. diamond's black now. better contrast. square, story, banner.

activity form updated. form #33 now has canvassing training and critique group in the checkbox options. ready to lead if there's interest.

what's left.

• GM is in two days. the room, the jitsi link, the forms, the agenda — all live.
• somebody needs to figure out if the banner got printed.
• image assets could use a second pass — the geometric template is fine but maybe not final.
• one or two in-house speeches should be written and added to the readings page. public speaking opportunity.
• committee pages could use a once-over for copy and flow. the narrative arc is there but it's a first draft.
