The content you think you don't have is already sitting in your calendar.

An event you're hosting. A workshop. A Q&A on a Facebook live. That's all footage. Most people think "content" means sitting down and thinking of something clever to say. It doesn't. It means pointing a camera at work you were already going to do anyway.

I tell the coaches and the good causes I work with the same thing: take the ambient events you've already got and repurpose them into a flood. You don't need high production. It can be you talking to your phone.

And remember, a lot of the people watching this stuff are watching it on mute. They're not grading your lighting. They're reading the words and listening to the substance.

So the question isn't "do I have anything to say." The question is "what am I already doing this month that's worth recording."
