Context

Arches Brewing is East Point's first craft brewery. It started with two homebrewers who ran their first batch in 2005 and opened commercially in 2016; in 2024 it relocated into the historic Atlanta Utility Works, a former manufacturing building right next to the East Point MARTA station, as part of the building's food-and-beverage collective (the same roof that hosts Cultured South and Good As Burgers). The name itself is a homebrew memory — the founders brewed under the four brick arches of a 1920 Colonial-style home in East Point, and the logo's five pillars stand for Quality, Integrity, Consistency, Creativity, and Community. The brewing philosophy is old-world: classic lagers done the slow way, spring water pulled from a 450-foot aquifer, "cleaner, more complex" as the stated end result.

The self-description on the homepage is the hook: "Tri-Cities Original Craft Brewery," "strive to be a community hub, supporting the people of the tri-cities area." That's the human side a static page can't carry — a taproom full of tri-cities regulars, a biergarten that opened with the building, a block on the south side that's actively changing around a historic structure. The Visit page even warns people off the warehouse "during construction," so the move is still settling in.

The offer: A free 60–90 second piece, their call on what to capture — the taps running, the regulars, the building itself. They own the footage, no strings on the first piece.

What I have: A verified named co-founder (Jeff Dake) but no direct email. Routing goes through info@archesbrewing.com (published on the Contact page), with events@culturedsouth.com as the events/venue inbox if the reel offer lands better with the AUW side. No fabrication needed — every fact above is from their own site and a linked Atlanta Magazine headline this session.

Subject: Free 60–90 second reel for Arches

Hey —

East Point's first craft brewery, and in 2024 you moved it into the historic Atlanta Utility Works, right by the East Point MARTA station. Homebrew roots going back to 2005, lagers done the old way, a biergarten out front. The site can say "community hub for the tri-cities." It can't show the taproom full on a Tuesday, or the block changing around a building that old.

I shoot short documentary reels in Atlanta, Ghost Coast Video. I'd like to shoot a free 60–90 second piece, your call on what to capture: the taps running, the regulars, the building itself. You own the footage, no strings on the first one.

Worth a reply?

Before sending

1. Email goes to info@archesbrewing.com — the published brewery inbox on the Contact page. Jeff Dake (co-founder) is the named decision-maker but has no published direct email. If Brandyn can pull Jeff Dake's address (or another named founder — the "our story" page credits a homebrewer named Jamey whose 1920 East Point home the four arches belonged to), address them by name; a named opener beats "Hey —".

2. Org verified active this session. archesbrewing.com is live (Wix) with current About / Our Story, Visit, Events, Contact, and Our Beer pages. The companion site atlantautility.works (Squarespace) is live and runs the building's events, kitchen, and catering. The "Click Here for our Fall events!" link on the Arches Events page routes to atlantautility.works, so the two sites are current and linked.

3. The 2024-move-into-a-historic-building is the hook, not a beer list. The homepage self-description ("Tri-Cities Original Craft Brewery," "community hub, supporting the people of the tri-cities area") is the load-bearing line. The "old way" lager angle (2005 homebrew roots, 450-foot-aquifer spring water) is distinctive and real. Don't add barrel counts, sales figures, awards, or ratings beyond what's verified — I left the Beer Connoisseur scores and Thrillist "best breweries" mentions out of the copy rather than lean on dated accolades.

4. Named founder confirmed via media, not the site. Jeff Dake is credited as "Arches Brewing co-founder" in two Beer Connoisseur interviews (Sprezzatura, Yūrei). The "our story" page names the four-brick-arches home as "Jamey's 1920 Colonial-style home in East Point" — a second founder, first name only. Neither has a published email. Do not invent a last name for Jamey or a direct address for Jeff.

5. Handles confirmed, not guessed. Instagram instagram.com/archesbrewing and Facebook facebook.com/archesbrewing are both linked from the site footer and the Contact page. Address 2903 R N Martin St, East Point, GA 30344 (the site renders "R N Martin Street" on the About page and "RN Martin St" on AUW — same street). Phone (470) 382-5435 on the site footer; (404) 761-2104 on the Contact page.

6. Hours are internally inconsistent on their site. The footer says "Tuesday–Sunday 11 a.m.–10 p.m." while the Visit page says Monday closed, Tue–Sat 4–10, Sun 12–7 (kitchen open daily, credit-card only). Don't cite hours in the copy — they don't matter for the pitch and the two pages disagree.

7. Keep distinct from the other brewery drafts. Monday Night Brewing (H4, West End) is a game-night hosting ask tied to their "Non-Profit Fundraiser" booking category. Twain's (C14, Decatur) leads with billiards-plus-house-brew. This one leads with East Point / tri-cities / the 2024 relocation into the historic Atlanta Utility Works — a south-side story, not a West End or Decatur one. No reused copy; do not batch-send with F9–F13.

8. Word counts: ~120 words email body, ~75 words DM. Both at or under cap.

9. No fabricated metrics or relationships. Arches is a cold prospect, not a client. Every fact is from archesbrewing.com and atlantautility.works this session, plus the Atlanta Magazine relocation headline linked from their own Media page. No invented barrel counts, sales figures, ratings, event dates, or testimonials. No AI attribution.
