Context
Breaker Breaker is Reynoldstown's bar on the BeltLine — a Gulf Coast seafood spot inside a former steel factory, with a dining room, a wide patio that opens right onto the Eastside Trail, and a 21+ rooftop lounge (Floridaman) with TVs and live sports. Their own line: "BAR • SEAFOOD • BELTLINE PATIO," with the tagline "Part Time for Life." It opened August 2023 and sits on a stretch of the trail where the BeltLine is genuinely neighborhood infrastructure — bike parking out front, people drifting off the trail onto the patio, happy hour on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
The video angle is the patio when the BeltLine's moving. A directory page can show the hours, the grouper sandwich, the hush puppies. It can't show the room opening onto the trail, the crowd spilling off the BeltLine, the rooftop up on a good night. That's the thing a still can't catch.
The offer: A free 60–90 second reel, their call on the day — happy hour on the patio, the rooftop, a weekend lunch rush. They own the footage, no strings on the first piece.
What I don't have: A decision-maker's direct inbox. The owners (Brounstein and Farrow) are named in Eater but the published address is a general info@ box, so the greeting stays generic. There's also a press contact (Green Olive Media) on the Contact page, but that's for media, not this kind of first touch.

Subject: A free reel of the BeltLine patio
Hey Breaker Breaker —
The patio on the Eastside Trail, full on a happy hour, people drifting off the BeltLine into Reynoldstown. That's the thing a menu page can't show: the Gulf Coast seafood, the former steel factory, the room opening up onto the trail. I shoot short documentary reels for Atlanta bars and restaurants, Ghost Coast Video.
I'd like to shoot a free 60–90 second piece, your call on the day. You own the footage, no strings on the first one.

Hey — Ghost Coast Video, I shoot short film for bars and restaurants around Atlanta.
Breaker Breaker's the Reynoldstown spot on the Eastside Trail — Gulf Coast seafood, a former steel factory, a patio that opens right onto the BeltLine. The room full of people coming off the trail is the thing a feed never catches. I'd like to shoot a free 60–90 second reel, your call on the day. You own the footage, no strings on the first one.

Before sending
1. Channel cell in targets.md was wrong. It read WEB reynoldstown.net/local-businesses / IG search — a neighborhood directory page plus a literal "IG search" note, not the bar's own handles. The real channels: website breakerbreakeratl.com, Instagram @breakerbreaker_atl, Facebook @breakerbreakerATL, email info@breakerbreakeratl.com, phone (404) 558-7112. Corrected the E10 cell.
2. Greeting stays generic. The owners (Alex Brounstein and Johnny Farrow, of Grindhouse Killer Burgers) are named in Eater's July 2023 pre-opening piece, but the published inbox is a general info@ address. Don't address a name until Brandyn confirms a direct contact. The press contact on the Contact page (Green Olive Media — Elizabeth Moore / Brenda Richards) is for media inquiries, not a cold first touch.
3. "Part Time for Life" is their tagline (on the site masthead) and "BAR • SEAFOOD • BELTLINE PATIO" is their own positioning line. Both are safe to quote; I referenced the patio/seafood/factory angle without pulling in the tagline verbatim to keep it conversational.
4. Menu specifics verified. Blackened grouper, hush puppies, fish platter with tartar sauce — these come from Atlanta Eats and The Infatuation, not invention. I kept menu references light and leaned on the patio/BeltLine gathering hook per the brief.
5. Happy hour is Wednesdays, Thursdays, Sundays (per the site). If this goes out later, "happy hour" stays evergreen; no need to pin a specific day.
6. Keep distinct from the other venue drafts. 97 Estoria (E6) is the Cabbagetown arts-market dive; Halfway Crooks (E8) is the Summerhill brewery/run-club campus; Talat Market (E9) is the chef-driven Thai pop-up origin story. This one is the BeltLine Eastside Trail patio bar. Don't reuse their copy, don't batch-send.
7. No fabricated relationships or metrics. Breaker Breaker is a cold prospect, not a client. No AI attribution. Word counts: ~95 in the email, ~70 in the DM — both under cap.

- 2026-09-13: draft written by night-shift worker; verified the bar is active and real (breakerbreakeratl.com live on Squarespace with current hours Wed–Sun 11:30–10, Monday rotating pop-up 5–9, Floridaman rooftop; Yelp "Updated September 2026" with 301 photos and 166 reviews; Restaurant Guru review dated 2026-09-10). Confirmed real channels (info@breakerbreakeratl.com, IG @breakerbreaker_atl, FB @breakerbreakerATL, phone (404) 558-7112), correcting the placeholder "reynoldstown.net / IG search" cell. Found owners Alex Brounstein and Johnny Farrow (Grindhouse Killer Burgers), named in Eater July 2023. Hook is the BeltLine Eastside Trail patio — the room full of people coming off the trail a static listing can't show. Marked E10
