Context
EAYC has been on Euclid Ave since 1987. Not "since before this neighborhood got cool" — since before the neighborhood had a coherent identity at all. The L5P that people describe now (punk, weird, counter-culture, arts, whatever) coalesced in part because places like this existed and stayed. Most of that era has been redeveloped or closed. This one is still there.
That's the whole pitch. A bar that's been holding the same ground for 38 years on Euclid Ave isn't just a place to get a beer — it's a document of something Atlanta doesn't have a lot of: continuity.
Two collaboration angles make sense:
1. Reel of the space — a short video of the bar being itself. Not a promo, not a tour. The kind of thing that shows what it actually feels like to sit there at 10pm on a Thursday. Free, they keep the footage.
2. Sun & Moonlight hosting — community game night (candlelit, social deduction, 30–40 people, $20–30 entry, host picks the cause, proceeds that direction). Bar keeps its normal sales; Brandyn brings the system. Could work as a fundraiser for a cause they already support.
Both angles are appropriate for IG DM. The reel offer is the lighter first ask; the Sun & Moonlight ask is worth adding if there's any context suggesting they do community events.
IG DM
Hey — I do video work for venues in Atlanta, Ghost Coast Video. The Yacht Club has been on Euclid since 1987 — that's before Little Five Points was anything other than itself, and most of that era is gone now. I'd like to shoot a free reel of the bar doing its thing, the kind that actually captures what the room feels like. You keep the footage. Worth a DM back if that's interesting?

Alternative: if they seem to host community events (Sun & Moonlight angle)
Hey — I run a community game night in Atlanta called Sun & Moonlight. Candlelit, social deduction, 30–40 people paying $20–30 to get in, the host picks the cause and that's where the money goes. I'm looking for Atlanta spots with real history to host a night, and the Yacht Club's been on Euclid since '87 — that's the kind of room the format fits. Worth a DM if that's something you'd consider?

Before sending
1. Check @yacht_club_atl recent posts. If they've posted anything community-facing, event-related, or local-history in the last 30 days, swap the opener for a direct reference — more specific always lands better than general.
2. Named contact. No name in targets.md. The DM goes to the bar account, which is fine for IG. If calling instead, ask for whoever handles events or outside media.
3. Choose one angle. The reel offer is the lower-friction first touch. Use Sun & Moonlight only if their IG shows event programming.
4. Word count: 75 words (reel version), 70 words (S&M version). Both under the cap.
5. Don't fact-check the 1987 date in the DM. The date comes from targets.md. If you want to verify before sending, search the bar's own social history or a quick Google.
