For the Culture ATL — STUCK (unverifiable target)

Status: STUCK — do not send. This is a verification report, not a draft.

Target: For the Culture ATL (D13 in targets.md, Web-sourced candidates 2026-05-26)

Tier: C — community / long-game

Channel listed in targets.md: LI/WEB (LinkedIn / website) — no URL or handle was ever recorded on the row

Built: 2026-09-12

What the row says

"Arts collective and event platform — citywide / West End base; organized around Black creatives in Atlanta." Tier C. Fit reason: mission alignment with GCV's community-first video work; organizes events that need documentation; referral network into Black-owned creative businesses. Status was new, no named contact.

What I tried

Searched the exact phrase and several variants across DuckDuckGo and Bing. Tried Instagram (instagram.com/forthecultureatl — login wall, unreadable). Grepped the lilith-grove registry for any prior research (none).

What I found

The exact string "For the Culture ATL" returns zero indexed web results. The name "For the Culture" resolves to a crowd of unrelated entities, none of which matches the row's description of an Atlanta arts collective with a West End base:

None of these is described as "organized around Black creatives in Atlanta" with a "West End base," and none is clearly the collective the row intends. There is no canonical website, Instagram handle, or named organizer I can point a message at.

Why stuck, not drafted

The row carries no URL, no handle, and no contact, and the org itself won't resolve to a single entity. Writing a message now would force me to either (a) guess which "For the Culture" is meant and address the wrong org, or (b) fabricate a decision-maker and specific event details ("events live as phone photos," "West End base") that I cannot verify against any real org. That violates the no-fabrication rule and the editorial principle against inventing specifics.

What I need from Brandyn

Pick one, and I'll write the draft on the next tick:

1. Supply the actual handle or URL (Instagram, website, LinkedIn) for the org the row means.

2. Name the specific "For the Culture" entity if it's one of the candidates above (e.g. @fortheculturevip), or a different one I didn't surface.

3. Confirm the row should be dropped and replaced with a verifiable target (there are adjacent verified West End orgs — Shrine of the Black Madonna H1, Hammonds House H3 — already in the H-series).
