Monday Night Brewing (The Garage) — Host Venue Outreach

Purpose: First-touch hosting pitch for Monday Night Brewing's West End location (target H4 in registry/leads/targets.md). The ask: host a Sun & Moonlight game night as a community fundraiser. McCray's is the template — lead with the concrete event, not a generic intro.

The event offer in brief:

H4 — Monday Night Brewing (The Garage)

Contact: The Garage — 933 Lee St SW, Atlanta GA 30310 (West End, part of the Lee+White development on the BeltLine Westside Trail). Private events: mondaynightbrewing.com/garage-private-events (web form — no named events contact published). IG @mondaynight. Main phone 404.352.7703; Garage 404.400.5068.

⚠️ VERIFIED 2026-09-13 — targets.md corrections:

Channel recommendation: Instagram DM @mondaynight first (they're active on social and there's no published events email); if no reply in a week, submit the garage-private-events form. Don't cold-email the generic contact form — it's a beer-quality/buying form, not an events inbox.

Why this one: Their own "Book Event" form lists "Non-Profit Fundraiser" as a standard event type — the hosting ask is already a menu item for them, not a leap. The Garage has semi-private rooms sized for the game night (Sunroom Suite for ~20, VIP Bar for ~50) plus a courtyard. And their stated purpose — "deepening relationships over those delicious brews" — is exactly what a candlelit game night does. The strongest hosting fit on the H-list after H2 Gathering Spot.

Option A: Instagram DM (~85 words)

Hey Monday Night — I run a community game night called Sun & Moonlight. Candlelit, 20–40 people, $20–30 entry, proceeds go to whatever cause the host picks. I bring the games, the candles, and someone shooting reels.

>

I keep coming back to The Garage as the right room for it. Y'all are on the BeltLine in West End, and your booking form already lists "Non-Profit Fundraiser" as an event type. Feels like the ask is already yours.

Open to a conversation about hosting a night? — Brandyn (sunmoon.ghostcoast.video)

Option B: Email / contact-form message (~110 words)

Subject: A game-night fundraiser at The Garage — worth a conversation?

Hey —

>

I run a community game night called Sun & Moonlight. Candlelit, 20–40 people, $20–30 entry, and the proceeds go to whatever cause the host names. I bring the game system, the candles, and someone to shoot reels of the whole thing.

>

I've been looking for a West End home for it, and The Garage keeps coming back to me. The Sunroom Suite and the VIP Bar are the right size, and y'all already host the kind of pop-up nights this would slide into.

>

Would someone on the team be open to a quick call to see if a date works?

~110 words. No named contact published, so route through the garage-private-events form or IG @mondaynight rather than the generic contact form. The "Non-Profit Fundraiser" line is the anchor — it's their own category, not our framing.

Before sending

1. Find a name if possible. The site publishes no events/community manager. If Brandyn has a person at Monday Night (or can pull one from LinkedIn — "Private Events Manager," "Taproom Manager — The Garage"), address them by name. A named opener beats "Hey —".

2. Confirm the channel. IG @mondaynight is verified current. The private-events form is the booking path. Don't send to the general contact form (it's routed to beer-quality/wholesale).

3. Keep it distinct from Wild Heaven West End (D1). Same Lee+White campus, different venue. Wild Heaven's draft leads with The Garden Club (live music). This one leads with the "Non-Profit Fundraiser" form category + the sized-for-game-night rooms (Sunroom Suite / VIP Bar). Don't let the two pitches read like a batch send.

4. Word counts: IG DM ~85 words, email ~110 words. Both under the template caps.
