Flags — read before sending
1. Channel is email. events@nomascantina.com, addressed to Aysia Voirin. She's named on the events page as the primary contact (15+ yrs with No Más!). If she's moved on, Melody Voirin (Exec Chef & DOO) and Doug Baker (GM) are the labeled backups.
2. Instagram/Facebook are not published. The site links exactly one social handle: YouTube @nomastube. Do not guess an IG/FB handle and do not assert a DM channel. If any touch ever needs a non-email route, YouTube @nomastube or the Toast contact form is the fallback. Do not triple-send.
3. Do not imply No Más! is a client. It's a cold prospect. The only orgs named in this sequence are No Más! itself, Mercedes-Benz Stadium (a location fact), and GCV's own real prior work (Astronomia event documentation, Detroit Action) held as "work I've done."
4. Only the published numbers. 350 seats, 132 agaves, 10–500 guests, 500+ artisan relationships. No invented patron counts, event dates, sales figures, awards, or quotes.
5. The free first piece is already on the table from the first touch. These touches don't re-offer it as the lead; each one adds a new angle.
6. Stop the moment Aysia replies. This is a conversation, not a drip.
Cadence
| Touch | Timing | Channel | What it delivers |
|-------|--------|---------|------------------|
| 1 | D+5 after first touch | Email | The room-in-motion idea: a rehearsal dinner or quinceañera coming together is the shot that sells the next booking |
| 2 | D+12 | Email | Free asset: "one private event into a 60-second recap" mini-guide (Appendix A) |
| 3 | D+20 | Email | Q4 corporate holiday-party window: this season's recap rebooks next season |
| 4 | D+28 | Email | Game-day foot traffic from Mercedes-Benz Stadium, four blocks away: the bar on a game night |
| 5 | D+36 | Email | Door-open close, no ask |
Touch 1 — The room in motion (D+5)
Subject: the shot that sells the next booking
Aysia —
The events page lists the rooms, the Tequila Room, catering out to 500. What books the next event is a room that's already full.
A rehearsal dinner coming together upstairs. A quinceañera before the guests arrive, the market stalls lit behind it. Thirty seconds of that, and a couple planning a wedding can see themselves in it in a way a listing never gets them to.
If there's one private event on the books you'd want captured that way, I'd shoot it and hand you the cut.
— Brandyn
ghostcoast.video
~90 words. Leads with the room-in-motion thesis, angled at the private-events pipeline (rehearsal dinners, quinceañeras) rather than the generic "room full" line from the first touch. Doesn't re-offer the free piece as the headline; it names a specific use case Aysia actually books.
Touch 2 — Free asset (D+12)
Subject: how to turn one event into a 60-second recap
Aysia —
Put together a short guide for your side of it: how to turn one private event into a 60-second recap the client will actually post. It's written for whoever's working the floor that night, phone in hand.
It's in Appendix A below, no strings. If the shot list reads like something you'd rather hand off than run yourselves, that's the part I do.
— Brandyn
ghostcoast.video
~65 words. Delivers the free asset without asking for anything. Appendix A is self-contained and mentions nothing GCV needs.
Touch 3 — Q4 holiday parties (D+20)
Subject: the holiday parties you're booking now
Aysia —
This is the stretch where the corporate holiday parties get locked in. I've documented events and cut the clips afterward, a speaker series and mission-driven work both. The move's always the same: a full room on camera does the rebooking for you.
If there's one holiday party on the calendar worth a 60-second recap, I'd come shoot it. You keep the cut, the client posts it, and it does the asking for next December.
No pressure if the calendar's already set.
— Brandyn
ghostcoast.video
~85 words. Ties to the real Q4 corporate holiday-party season and references GCV's real event-documentation work (the Astronomia speaker series) and mission-driven storytelling (Detroit Action) without naming a client in the cold email or implying No Más! is one.
Touch 4 — Game-day foot traffic (D+28)
Subject: four blocks from the Benz
Aysia —
You're four blocks south of Mercedes-Benz Stadium. On a game night the walk-in crowd is a different business than the private events, and there's a shot for it: the bar at 50 feet, the crowd rolling in, the agave shelves lit behind it.
A short reel of the room on a game night works year-round, not just for the event side. The next game-day crowd sees it and knows where to go before kickoff.
Figured I'd mention it since it's a separate angle from the events.
— Brandyn
ghostcoast.video
~90 words. Tunes to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium foot-traffic window without inventing a game date or crowd count. Uses only the published details (four blocks south, 50-foot bar, 132 agaves).
Touch 5 — Door-open close (D+36)
Subject: leaving the door open
Aysia —
I've sent a few notes and won't keep them coming if the timing's off. An events calendar's busy enough.
The offer stays as it was. If No Más! wants a room on camera, a rehearsal dinner, a holiday party, a game night, I'm around.
— Brandyn
ghostcoast.video
~45 words. No ask, no recap, no guilt. Ends warm and leaves the standing offer intact.
Appendix A — One private event into a 60-second recap
The deliverable for Touch 2. Self-contained; paste into an email or drop into a PDF/Google Doc. Written for an events coordinator working the floor, phone in hand.
What this is. A working way to turn one private event into a 60-second recap the client will actually post. No production budget. Whoever's on the floor that night, phone in hand, shoots ten shots; you cut them together on the ride home.
The ten shots, in order.
1. The room before anyone's in it, tables set, lights down.
2. The entrance as the first guests arrive.
3. The bar mid-pour, a hand on a glass.
4. The food, close, one dish.
5. A table laughing, two people, not the whole room.
6. The room full, one wide shot from the back.
7. The detail that sold the room, the Tequila Room shelves or the market stalls.
8. The client, if they'll be on camera, one line is enough.
9. The room emptying, staff breaking down, proof the event happened.
10. The sign or the door as you leave.
Cutting it. Hold each shot two or three seconds. Drop the sound and lay one track under it. Sixty seconds is ten shots, one track, done. Don't caption every frame; let one shot do the work.
Why it works. A couple planning a wedding can't see themselves in a listing page. They can in a full room, a lit market, a poured drink. The client posts the recap because it makes them look good, and it quietly does the asking for the next booking.
Notes for Brandyn
- Strongest touch if only one goes out: Touch 1 (the room in motion). It's the first touch's thesis aimed at the private-events pipeline, and it names the rehearsal-dinner / quinceañera use case Aysia actually books rather than a generic "room full" line.
- Astronomia and Detroit Action stay soft. They're held at "a speaker series and mission-driven work" in Touch 3, never named in the email body, never framed as a result claim. If you'd rather name Astronomia or Detroit Action outright in that touch, it's a one-line swap, but the soft version keeps the cold email clean.
- No IG/FB anywhere. Only YouTube @nomastube is published. If a non-email route is ever needed, YouTube or the Toast contact form is the fallback, and both are unproven for direct outreach.
- Cadence is generous because an events calendar is seasonal. Starting late September puts Touch 3 in mid-October, ahead of the Q4 holiday lock-in. Touch 4 (game day) works any week there's a home game or concert.
- Downstream asks stay held until a real conversation: a recurring event-documentation retainer, a monthly "room in motion" series, a game-night reel. None of these appear as asks in this sequence.
