Context
No Más! is the 30-year Mexican destination in Castleberry Hill — a 350-seat cantina, the Hacienda Artisan Market, and ADios Cafe all under one roof, four blocks south of Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Two founders, an artist (Steve MacNeil) and an engineer (Walt Bilinski), started it in 1996 from a 1,000-sq-ft paint outlet on Huff Road and built a 25,000-sq-ft complex around 500+ artisan relationships across Mexico. Their own frame for the long game: "Atlanta's Pueblo Mágico."
But the page can't carry the thing that makes it money. No Más! is an events business as much as a restaurant — 10 to 500 guests, on- and off-site catering, a private Tequila Room, a 50-foot bar with 132 tequilas/mezcals/sotols, AV support, rehearsal dinners, quinceañeras, corporate presentations. The site lists all of it. What it can't show is the room actually full, a rehearsal dinner coming together upstairs, the market stalls lit, the bar on a game night. That's the shot.
The offer: A free 60–90 second piece, their call on the night — a private event setup, the patio, the Tequila Room, the market. They own the footage, no strings on the first piece.
What I have that the other targets didn't: A named decision-maker with a direct inbox. Aysia Voirin is the events coordinator and her name is published right on the events page with events@nomascantina.com. The greeting can be a real person, not a generic box.

Subject: A free 60–90 second reel for the Cantina and Market
Aysia —
Your events page can list 350 seats, a private Tequila Room, and catering out to 500 people. It can't show the room actually full — a rehearsal dinner coming together upstairs, the market stalls lit, the bar four blocks from the Benz on a game night.
I shoot short documentary reels in Atlanta, Ghost Coast Video. I'd like to shoot a free 60–90 second piece, your call on the night: a private event setup, the patio, the Tequila Room. You own the footage, no strings on the first one.
Worth a reply?

Hey — Ghost Coast Video, I shoot short documentary reels in Atlanta.

1. Email goes to Aysia Voirin at events@nomascantina.com. She's the published Events Coordinator (15+ yrs with No Más!), named directly on the events page as the primary contact, with Melody Voirin (Exec Chef & DOO) and Doug Baker (GM) as backups. This is the strongest verified contact in the whole F batch — a named person, not a generic inbox. The greeting is real.
2. Instagram/Facebook are NOT published on the current site. The homepage, footer, and schema.org sameAs link exactly one social handle: YouTube @nomastube (youtube.com/nomastube). No IG or FB anywhere in the page source. Do not guess a handle — verify it before sending the DM, or run the DM copy through YouTube @nomastube / the Toast contact form as the fallback. The email is the reliable channel here.
3. Canonical domain is nomasatlanta.com (the site serves on nomascantina.com too, but the og:url/canonical tag points to nomasatlanta.com). Both resolve. Keep nomascantina.com in the targets cell since that's what the sweep found, and add the canonical.
4. Facts verified this session, all from the site's own pages: founded 1996 (Walt Bilinski + Steve MacNeil); 180 Walker St SW, Suite B, Atlanta GA 30313; Castleberry Hill Historic + Art District; 350 seats; 132 tequilas/mezcals/sotols at a 50-foot bar ("a permanent Tequila program — not a seasonal promotion"); open 8 a.m.–10 p.m. daily, last seating 9:45 p.m.; events 10–500 guests with on/off-site catering, multiple rooms, AV; Hacienda Artisan Market (Suite A) + Bodega Garden (Suite F); ADios Cafe (Suite D); reservations via TBDine, ordering via Toast; "Atlanta's Pueblo Mágico" vision; 500+ artisan relationships; Tripadvisor Travelers' Choice 2020–2024, Certificate of Excellence 2012–2017, Taste of Atlanta Must Eat Menu Item 2020. © 2026 in the footer — active.
5. Hook is the room in motion, not the menu. The events business is the angle: a page can list 500-person capacity and a Tequila Room, but it can't show a full room or an event coming together. Lead there, per the brief's "human-side-of-the-work" instruction. Do not lean on the tequila count as the hook (it's a supporting detail, not the point).
6. Keep distinct from the other Castleberry Hill / commercial drafts. ZuCot Gallery (F4) is the fine-art gallery a few blocks over — different pitch, different medium. Chattahoochee Food Works was a game-night hosting ask (Sun & Moonlight), not a reel offer. Breaker Breaker was a BeltLine patio bar. No Más! is the 30-year cantina + artisan market + events machine. Don't reuse their copy.
7. No fabricated metrics or relationships. No Más! is a cold prospect. Everything above is from their own site this session. No invented sales figures, patron counts, or testimonials — I reference only the numbers they publish (350 seats, 132 agaves, 500 guests, 500+ artisans). No AI attribution.
Status log
- 2026-09-13: draft written by night-shift worker. Verified No Más! Cantina active and real — nomasatlanta.com / nomascantina.com live (headless/Storyblok), © 2026 in the footer, with current Cantina/Events/About/Meet-the-Team/Contact pages. Confirmed the 180 Walker St SW (Suite B), 30313 address, Castleberry Hill Historic + Art District, the 350-seat claim, the 132-agave program at the 50-foot bar, the Hacienda Artisan Market + Bodega Garden, ADios Cafe, and the 10–500 guest events/catering operation. Found a named, directly-emailable decision-maker — Aysia Voirin (Events Coordinator) at events@nomascantina.com — with Melody Voirin (Exec Chef & DOO) and Doug Baker (GM) as backups, plus founders Walt Bilinski and Steve MacNeil. The row's "(no published direct email)" is now disproven: events@nomascantina.com is published. Instagram/Facebook are NOT published on the site (only YouTube @nomastube), so the DM variant carries an unverified-handle flag. Marked F5 drafted and enriched the channel cell. Awaiting Brandyn review before sending.
