Variety Playhouse has been running live music in Little Five Points since the 1940s. That's not a hook Brandyn invented — that's the actual thing. It was a defining room in Atlanta's underground music scene through the 90s, and it's still operating in the same neighborhood. Very few independent venues in Atlanta have that kind of run.
The video pitch here isn't "we do social media." It's that a room with that history has material most venue video never touches — the building itself, the neighborhood, the people who've been coming for decades. A 60-second reel from one of their shows is the door-opener; the longer play is a short documentary piece or anniversary content that tells the institutional story.
