Targeted fixes for active leaks, blown-off or cracked shingles, popped nails, and pipe-boot failures. We trace the leak to its actual source — not just the stain on your ceiling — and fix it before water reaches the decking.
After a storm we document damage with photos and a written assessment your insurance adjuster can use, and we'll meet the adjuster on site. We report what's actually there — we don't manufacture claims or pad supplements.
Pre-purchase, pre-sale, or post-storm. You get written findings, clear photos, and a straight read on how much life the roof has left — so you can plan instead of guess.
Improper flashing is the most common cause of leaks after a new roof. We replace step, valley, and chimney flashing as part of the job, and check gutters and drainage while we're up there.
